NOT ONLY IS RESEARCH AND PRESENTATION IMPORTANT, BUT SO IS THE ABLITY TO REACH COMMUNITIES THROUGH MARKETING STRATEGIES. HEALTH LITERACY IS A COMPLICATED ISSUE FACING A LARGE MAJORITY OF AMERICANS, AND HELPING PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THIER HEALTH IS VITAL.
UNDERSTANDING HEALING FROM MULTICULTURAL PERSPECITIVES IS INTEGRAL TO SERVING COMMUNITIES. QIGONG IS A FACINATING AND USEFUL PRACTICE THAT HAS NOT ONLY THOUSANDS OF YEARS OF TESTIMONLY TO ITS EFFECTIVENESS, RESEARCH IS PROVING THE SCIENCE BEHIND WHY IT IS SO POWERFUL AT HEALING.
ONE OF THE MANY CHALLENGES FACING YOGA AND INTEGRATIVE HEALTH IS THE LACK OF RESEARCH AND PROFESSIONAL WRITING. I BASE MY TEACHING IN STRONG RESEARCH THAT IS SHARED THROUGH PASSIONATE, EVIDENCE-BASED SCIENCE. THIS PAPER EXPLORES HOW MINDFULNESS-BASED THERAPIES ARE PROVEN TO HELP COMBAT VETERANS WITH POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER.
I AM NOT RELIGIOUS BASED, BUT WAS INTRIGUED AT THE POWER OF PRAYER SHOWN IN RESEARCH. THIS PROJECT COMPARED THE BENEFITS OF PRAYER TO MEDITATION AND SUPPORTED THE PRACTICE OF PRAYER OR MEDITATION IN HEALING WITH RELIABLE DATA.
LEARNING ABOUT DIFFERENT HEALING MODALITIES IS A FOUNDATION OF INTEGRATIVE HEALTH. IT IS A PASSION TO LEARN ABOUT ANY, AND ALL, WAYS THAT MOVEMENT AND MINDFULNESS CAN HELP INDIVIDUALS FIND WHOLENESS.
